Wedding Update: My Bachelorette Party at Zouk
Hello chewys! It’s Friday, like finallyyy! To me, it means just two more days to our big day! Within this week alone, misterchewy and I had so many things to settle because we are really number one procrastinators. Things such as the entire day’s programme, emcee script, photo montage, arranging of guest tables, angbao for the young ones, final gown and suit fitting etc etc etc. Phew! In the meantime, I shall keep everyone updated about my bachelorette party, also known as hens night, which took place at Zouk! :) I got all these photos from Maureen and Bee.
My dear bridesmaids planned the party for me and it was supposed to be a surprise I think. But they asked me to choose either Movida or Zouk when they came over to my place for the manicure session so no more surprise liao. Haha.
We agreed to meet at about 10.30pm outside the club. Me, Adelene, Ying Pei and Bee shared a cab from CCK. The cab auntie was really nice and friendly. She actually told us to take care of ourselves and not drink too much. Hehe :)

The girls all wore black/blue. All I wanted was to make sure that I was suitably covered and hence I wore stockings because my dress was too short. Hohoho.
There was a one for one promo before 12am so we ended up with 2 jugs of Vodka orange, 2 jugs of Vodka cranberry (which was pretty tasteless), 16 sour plum shots, 4 tequila shots and 4 sex on the beach shots. All in all, it was MAD. Almost fainted at the sight of all the drinks. Lol.

Someone figured that the best way to finish the drinks fast was to play the number guessing game. This game really very popular leh. Casmin’s hens night also got play.
And for some reason, Pei Rong kept guessing the correct number and I was made to drink! Like 90% of the time leh! >_<

Somehow, the two Korean guys who had been sitting next to us knew what was going on and very quickly turned to look at me which made things really easy for me. Hahaha!
Ehhh nope, I don’t think their names start with a vowel :P
Ok basically it just went like this throughout the night. Instead of asking or talking to my targets, I went up to them and showed them the tasks that I was supposed to carry out. LOL.

The husband saw this photo and asked, “Like that is bear hug meh?” Wah someone very encouraging hor.
Horror or horrors. I just realized that I didn’t take with Pei Rong! How come nobody noticed?!
We decided to call it a night at around 2am which was super early la. And I think we look as though we had not gone in yet :P No drunkard look.

All of us were really hungry and we had yummy bangers and mash from the cart outside Zouk!

Casmin’s Hens Night Party @ The Forbidden City by IndoChine!
Last Friday night~ Yeah we danced on tabletops~ And we took too many shots~ Think we kissed but I forgot~ Sounds familiar? :P We held a HENS NIGHT PARTY for our colleague, Casmin last Friday night! The party was at The Forbidden City by IndoChine, more specifically at Bar Cocoon on the ground floor. Before that, the ladies had a BBQ at our workplace while I was at a briefing for Goldkili & Frezfruta bloggers’ contest. Of course they showered after the BBQ and dressed up for the night! When we finally met outside IndoChine, Clarke Quay, it was 11-ish but the night was still young! ;)
Casmin, the Bride-to-be (BTB)! You will never be able to guess her age correctly on the first try! Super baby face! Anyway, I was really excited to be part of Casmin’s hens night entourage because I had never attended one before :P

Apart from the BTB pink sash and tiara, Casmin was also made to put on this huge diamond ring!

Uh huh. You must be wondering why was misterchewy present at the hens night party. He said he was worried about me and told me he would probably wait for me at McDonald’s or something and we could go home together after that. Really sweet of him considering that he had to wake up early to go to work the next day. The girls were kind enough to get him to join us! Hui Shan even whatsapped me that we have more than enough tiaras to go around >_<
We played a few rounds of “Guess the number of hands” drinking game. LOL Angel epic la! She kena so many times!

I didn’t realize this until misterchewy told me that this is our first time ‘clubbing’ together! And never did the both of us expect that our first time together would be with my colleagues. Hahaha! Interesting~~ :DDD

And if I’m not wrong, the guys at IndoChine offered us another drink. I was made to drink too since I’m also a BTB. LOL. But I shared this with Casmin if not sure gone :P

As we were ‘dancing’ (LOL), one of the IndoChine guys told misterchewy to get us to go to the Ice Bar. We were kinda skeptical but went in anyway. We were handed trench coats to put on! It was freezing cold!
Can’t remember if it was Angel or Casmin who requested us to take a kissing shot. Seemed like misterchewy was more than happy to do so while I was a little intoxicated to be able to resist. :P
The rest of the night was like a blur. I don’t remember what I did. The hubby and I were the first ones to leave, at around 3am. Very fun hens night party experience for a first-timer! :P Congrats to Casmin once again! Yay! Can’t wait for your big day to come! :)
