Island Creamery: The Nutty Buddy
After our dinner at La Petite Cuisine, we hopped over for ice cream next door. Island Creamery is Singapore’s first ice cream parlor that produces freshly made premium and ice cream that features local flavors like Teh Tarik and Pulut Hitam. Hmm.. But we didn’t have any of those :P
This is the Nutty Buddy ($5.20) mud pie and we were totally nuts about it! :D Cookies and cream ice cream drizzled with a generous amount of chocolate fudge and butterscotch syrup and loads of nuts. The base of the mud pie was gooey and chewy. Every mouthful of the Nutty Buddy was sheer delight!
