Bye Singapore! I need a short getaway!

page

Hello everyone! I will be away from the 15th to 19th of May. I’d like to think that my holiday destination of choice is a somewhat less commercialized area of Thailand and that place is Krabi! My flight is scheduled to depart Singapore before 7am tomorrow which means I need to check in around 4.30am.

Wish me luck with the diving over there okay? ๐Ÿ™‚
I only have 23 dives under my (weight) belt so there are so many things and marine life that I have yet to encounter!

If you’re keen, please check out my dive blog. All photos are taken by me with my trusty Sony DSC T77 Cybershot. ๐Ÿ™‚
I intend to export it to wordpress but I’m still figuring out how to.

Alrighty! Gotta go wrap up some last minute stuff and please stay tuned for more reviews coming your way! Hopefully, I’ll be able to dig up some cheap and good eats at Krabi! ๐Ÿ˜‰

XOXO
Charlene

  1. I love Krabi. It’s laidback, less commercialized and so charming. There’s an open-air hawker centre further inland from the touristy stretch of seafood restaurants along the sea. Really cheap seafood and totally worth it.

    • Are u referring to Ao Nang? I stayed 2 nights at Phi Phi and another 2 nights at Ao Nang.
Yeah the food is really cheap and I cant get enough of their Phad Thai!
Didnt order seafood cuz there were only me and my friend, cant eat that much..

      • Yes, I think so! It was 3 years ago…we’d rented a motorbike and rode around the little island (although we didn’t have a licence to). Wahahaa! Oh but you missed out on the ridiculously cheap and fresh seafood! I ate till I popped man.

        • Haha! Thatโ€™s interesting! I managed to rent one when I was at Tioman but it was freaking heavy!
I gave up in the end and the person returned me my deposit.

  2. Just want to say what a great blog you got here!
I’ve been around for quite a lot of time, but finally decided to show my appreciation of your work!

Thumbs up, and keep it going!

    Cheers
