When Chanelle was one week shy of turning 9 months old, misterchewy reminded me about our (evil) plan to let Chanelle have her very first taste of lemon! We went to buy some lemons after dinner and kept them in the hotel fridge. Sliced up one of them and brought it along for breakfast! I made sure I captured her priceless expressions by using my mobile phone to video record in one hand and was also busy snapping with my compact camera in the other.

Look at her expression! The lemon must be so damn sour!

Even though Chanelle kept shivering and sticking out her tongue, she didn’t mind trying when we kept offering the slice of lemon to her. Shall try it again next time! 😛
