Chanelle’s Milestones at 6 Months Old!

_MG_3778

Baby Chanelle turns 6 months old today! As cliche as it sounds, time flies! I was looking at all the photos of Little misschewy taken since birth and I couldn’t help but feel very emotional that my baby girl is growing way too fast :’) A part of me wants to see Chanelle learning new things and achieving developmental milestones, yet another part of me wants her to remain as mummy’s cute little baby. I had charted Chanelle’s developmental milestones when she was 4 months old, and here’s her updated reported card at 6 months old πŸ™‚

Physical Growth: As of last week, Chanelle was approximately 67cm in length and weighed 7.86kg. She’s in the 70th – 75th percentile for both aspects. I’m happy that she has more than doubled her birth weight and she still has those ‘Michelin’ arms and legs. However, her face looks a little smaller and less round as compared to when she was about 4 months old. I’m not sure if Chanelle is teething as she has not cut her first tooth yet but she’s always munching on three or four fingers at a time.

Feeding: I’m really proud to declare that I have attained my goal of breastfeeding Chanelle for 6 months! Now that I have reached the 6-month mark, I’m aiming to continue breastfeeding for another 6 months. My work is going to get more hectic next month on and I do hope that I can persevere for the sake of my darling girl. On a positive note, Chanelle should be starting on solids anytime now so hopefully, I can drop a pump session or two from my daily pumping routine within the next few months. I know that some mummies give their little ones solids as early as 4 months but I have read that it’s best to wait till they turn 6 months old. So yeah, baby led weaning, here we come! πŸ™‚

_MG_3768

Social: When Chanelle is in the company of people she is familiar with (misterchewy and I, and our family members), she is always flashing her brightest smiles. Smile until cannot see eyes that kind. Haha. She is also easily tickled by funny noises that we make and also chuckles hysterically when misterchewy and I pin her down on our bed and take turns to rain kisses on her. Chanelle is also an attention seeker! When nobody is attending to her, after being left alone for a while, she tries to get our attention by faking a cough, believe it or not. It’s really funny! And sometimes, she will raise both arms outstretched when misterchewy and I get home from work or when we say 抱抱.

Language: Chanelle responds to her name most of the time unless she’s too focused on something else. Currently, she’s exploring her vocals cords by doing this yelling and screaming thing. My bro reckons it sounds like the kind of noise cats make in the middle of the night but misterchewy and I think it’s really cute.

_MG_3774

Motor Skills: Apart from being able to roll and flip, Chanelle is able to sit upright for a short while although she’s not very stable and might topple over any moment. She has not begun crawling but is able to inch forward by lifting up her butt and moving like a caterpillar. Chanelle also loves grabbing and bringing her feet to her mouth and that’s when the licking of toes begins. As for her fine motorskills, Chanelle is able to pull out her pacifier from her mouth by using a pincer grip and then examine it by holding it up.

Okiedog Diaper Bag Review

Sponsored Review

_MG_3517

A few months ago, I was at a loss as to which diaper bag to get because there are so many of them out there in the market! Life is complicated enough, we don’t need diaper bags in all shapes and sizes to give us a headache. I want to tell new mothers that the thing that really matters the most at the end of the day is the WEIGHT of the diaper bag. As new mothers, we tend to be very kiasu and pack more than what is necessary. So, a lightweight diaper bag is really going to save you from a shoulder ache.

_MG_3523

I swear by the diaper bags by Okiedog. They are stylish, roomy, affordable and lightweight! Every mummy’s dream (diaper) bag. I’m currently using this Sakawa Shuttle ($149.90) red bag which embodies the beauty of Asian culture with its intricate cherry blossom embroidery. Do you know that this bag weighs merely 750g? It is ultra light! Now that I’m into my fifth month of motherhood, I have learned to pack what is needed and here are some of the items that go into the bag!

_MG_3527

There are plenty of compartments and I like to keep diapers and wet wipes within reach, by utilizing the outer compartments so that I don’t have a hard time digging for what I want in the midst of a sticky situation.

_MG_3526

A Fridge To Go cooler bag, thermal flask, spare change of clothes, booties, more wet wipes. There are smaller pockets within the bag for you to keep stuff like toys, food, pacifier and teether. The bag also comes with an insulated bottle holder and antibacterial changing mat. This diaper bag is an absolute must-have for all mummies! Do check out Okiedog’s website www.okiedog.com for more designs!

Blog Hop: The Blogging Process

photo (1)

Happy Monday, everyone! I got tagged in this blog hop! This tagging game is getting very popular among bloggers these days ah. Haha. First, I got tagged on Instagram for a consecutive five days photo challenge. And now, this! This thing is called The Blogging Process and I have absolutely no idea who started it.

10157333_10152447765291115_214371642506758611_n

Mummy Jolin from www.the-js-arena.blogspot.com was kind enough to drop me a message via FB and asked if I would like to participate in this blog hop instead of telling me, “Nah! You are tagged! Go do it!” LOL. I was acquainted with Jolin only after a mummy bloggers’ event because I found her son irresistably adorable and snapped a few photos of him. I posted the one I liked best, for the purpose of introducing the product, which is a food feeder, and Jolin asked if she could grab the pic. Why not, it’s her son! And that’s how we started talking πŸ™‚

_MG_1798

1) What am I working on?

I started off writing about food and subsequently went into lifestyle and travel. I have been recently promoted to a mummy blogger too! So yeah, I basically write about anything and everything that interests me!

photo (2)

2) How does my work differ from others in its genre?

My blog has seen me through being attached to misterchewy after I graduated from NUS, to getting engaged, married and now with Baby Chanelle! I have some very loyal readers and followers who grew together with me on this amazing journey. Their heartfelt emails and messages are what keep me going! I also have new followers telling me that they love my blog for its personal touch.

3) Why do I write what I do?

My blog is not just a blog. It is also my virtual diary that I’m comfortable to share with so many people. I like to blog about how the husband and I celebrate special occasions so that I can always look back many years down the road.

4) How does my writing process work?

Hmm.. This is interesting because my writing process has changed dramatically ever since Chanelle was born. I used to be able to attend tasting sessions or media events 3 or 4 times a week until I was heavily pregnant. I thought I could ‘resume business’ after I pop but I was so wrong. I can never seem to get enough rest even though I head to bed as early as 10pm on certain days. Sometimes, I wake up in the middle of the night at like 3am to edit photos or draft my post when Chanelle is sound asleep. There were instances when I switch on my laptop and within 15 minutes, she wakes up crying for milk and I have to keep everything aside. So, a blog post may take many nights for me to complete! But I’m not complaining because Chanelle is more important than my blog. Blogging can wait but my baby can’t πŸ™‚

Chanelle’s First Play Date

IMG_4666

I applied leave yesterday quite some time ago and over the weekend, I felt like doing something different with Little misschewy. To put things simply, I wanted to get out of the house! Since Chanelle has started to develop social awareness, I thought it would be good to allow her to interact with other babies around her age. I mentioned previously that I joined the March 2014 EDD mummies group on Facebook and I remember that there is a fellow mummy who is a SAHM and stays very near my in laws’ place. So, I dropped her a text and asked if she was keen on a play date and if we could go over to her place because I don’t have a play mat, yet. Mummy Fiona very kindly agreed and we also asked Mummy Jasmine to join in! πŸ™‚

IMG_4665

Β

I probably didn’t give Chanelle sufficient time to get used to the new environment before letting her lie on the play mat together with Natalie and Joash. Poor girl was a little frightened by the unfamiliar faces around her, looked at me with a frown and started to wail before I could quickly pick her up to comfort her. After her milk, she was all smiles and babbling away endlessly!

IMG_4667

Even though the babies were too young to know how to play with one another, I felt that it was a very good experience for me and Chanelle.

Chanelle’s Milestones at Four Months Old!

_MG_3246-001

I’m guilty for being a lazy mummy and for not charting Chanelle’s developmental milestones on a regular basis. I figured it’s better late than never. Four months whizzed by and our darling girl has developed quite a bit, both physically and in terms of attaining age appropriate milestones! πŸ™‚

Physical Growth: Chanelle looked a little scrawny as a newborn even though she weighed 3.36kg and was 50cm long at birth. 3 weeks ago, her weight had doubled to 6.7kg and her length was around 61.5cm. We often joke that Chanelle is as heavy as a bag of rice and she has ‘Michelin’ arms and legs! Very nice to cuddle πŸ™‚ You can check them out here when I previously blogged about Chanelle’s lunar 4th month traditional celebration. πŸ˜›

Feeding: As much as I would like Chanelle to be exclusively breastfed for the first 6 months, she is currently on one formula feed before her bedtime (sometimes none, if I latch her to sleep). While I’m at work, my mil bottle feeds Chanelle with expressed breastmilk which I store chilled in the refrigerator. To save myself the trouble of pumping and bottle feeding at night, I let Chanelle latch on and I get some sleep too. I don’t intend to introduce solids at this stage because she hasn’t begun to show interest in our food, so I suppose she isn’t ready yet.

_MG_3255

Social: Chanelle is now very alert and aware of her surroundings. She started to smile a little more often at around 2 months. I was initially worried that I might have given birth to a grumpy baby or an angry bird because she was always frowning as a newborn. I’m quite relieved to observe that she’s generally a happy baby who’s ever ready to flash her million dollar smile but she can be pretty angsty like her mummy when her demands are not being met on a timely basis. Ok, Chanelle is impatient like mummy too. *Sigh* On a happier note, my parents actually recorded Chanelle laughing out loud continuously when my mum played Peekaboo with her. πŸ˜€

Language: Chanelle has started to coo and babble, which is really very cute. She is able to hold “conversations” with us by babbling on and on for a few minutes. Sometimes, it sounds like she is complaining about her day and we try to respond in a manner that sounds like we empathize with her. I recorded some of her babbling conversations and it brings a smile to my face when I replay them. πŸ™‚

Motor Skills: We started Chanelle on her very first Tummy Time when she was around 2 months plus and it went quite well because she was able to lift her head up for a few seconds. She also likes to be carried upright and instead of resting her head on our shoulders, she lifts her head up and we could tell that she used quite a bit of strength to support her back and neck because of all the wrinkles on her forehead. LOL. Tummy Time is now a breeze for her and she managed to flip successfully at 3 months plus. Currently, she flips from back to front and from front to back, just like flipping roti prata. HAHA.

_MG_3259

Hand-Eye Coordination: We found it somewhat increasingly easy to attract Chanelle’s attention by rattling a toy in front of her. She is also able to recognize members of the family and her gaze follows us across the room.

I guess that’s all for now! I post photos and videos of Little misschewy on Instagram from time to time and if you are interested, do visit my profile @missuschewy πŸ™‚

Baby Chanelle’s Lunar 4th Month Traditional Celebration

_MG_3203

Mummy missuschewy took leave today to celebrate Chanelle’s lunar 4th month! It’s also a good time for me to update my blog while the little girl is having her nap at the moment πŸ™‚ I woke up at around 11am this morning to find Chanelle lying on her stomach with her head raised and looking at me. I was very surprised because she actually let me sleep in peace. LOL.

_MG_3204

1) Trim Hair

Just bumming around in her Exersaucer from her aunts and uncle (my cousins) Sharon, Elaine and Darren! To begin Little misschewy’s lunar 4th month traditional celebration, I snipped off a bit of Chanelle’s mohawk hair. I’m not sure of the significance of doing so but my mil said to shave Chanelle totally bald and I was against it because we had already done so after her full month. Anyway the person didn’t do a fantastic job so Chanelle has really funky hair now! πŸ˜›

_MG_3208

2) Ang Bao

Both grandmothers prepared a red packet each for Chanelle as a form of blessing. We had opened an OCBC Mighty Savers account for her over the weekend so this is gonna go into her savings! $$$ Kaching! $$$

_MG_3210

Looking intently at the ang bao.

_MG_3212

Hmm.. Looks edible! Haha Chanelle is starting to put things into her mouth. At times she doesn’t want the pacifier and prefers to stuff her entire fist into her mouth and her hands would be wet with saliva. We reckon she might be beginning to show signs of teething.

_MG_3220

She seems pretty interested in her Exersaucer too!

_MG_3221

3) Chives (Ku Chye)

I joined the March 2014 EDD mummies group on Facebook and learned that chives (ku chye) play an important role in baby’s lunar 4th month traditional celebration. I wrapped a stalk of chives around my finger and rubbed it along Chanelle’s gums. This signifies a smooth sailing and painless teething journey ahead! πŸ™‚

_MG_3222

Want a piece of drumstick my little darling?

_MG_3230

Oh Mummy.. Is this really for me?

_MG_3229

4) Chicken Drumstick

Ok then! I shall take a big bite out of this delicious looking chicken drumstick! Om nom nom nom! Haha ok what I did was to let Chanelle lick the drumstick instead. She will be blessed with good food and let’s hope that she will not be a fussy eater like her Papa! Lucky me, I get to eat the drumstick after that πŸ˜›

_MG_3232

5) A string of biscuits

For the final ritual, my mum helped to string 8 Marie biscuits using a red thread for me to bring back to my in laws’ place. We tied it around Little misschewy’s neck and she sat there #likeaboss. I had seen photos of my cousins doing this to their kids and it never fails to amuse me!

_MG_3237

One by one, I touched Chanelle’s lips with each biscuit and recited “qit ta ta” in Hokkien, which translates to “wipe dry dry”. Yes, you might have guessed it. This is to prevent or minimise drooling!

_MG_3217

Well, does this ritual thingy really work? I’m not sure but I definitely hope it does! Anyway, neither of our parents did this for us when misterchewy and I were babies but they were open to the idea when I told them about this. It was fun and the photos captured will serve as nice memories many years down the road! Matching Beushoes for Mummy and Child

Sponsored Post

DSCF2015

I shall start off this post by quoting Marilyn Monroe, β€œGive a girl the right shoes, and she can conquer the world.” Our shoes certainly play a very important role in our everyday lives and it can either make or break your day. I’m here to introduce to you Singapore’s first bespokes shoes for children, be*U! Hitting the shelves at Takashimaya Department Store and TweenAge earlier in May this year, be*U is an award-winning luxurious children shoe brand which encourages originality and personal expression. This is made possible with over 600 designs, 100 colors and 6 different types of leathers such as kangaroo, cow, lamb, ostrich, horsehide and crocodile.

atelier1

Apart from the unique appearance of the brand’s range of shoes, be*U places a strong emphasis on quality and uses only the finest genuine leather sourced from Europe and America to produce award-winning products that embody the true spirit of fine craftsmanship and attention to detail. Do you know that each pair of shoes is painstakingly handmade by well-trained artisans and requires 10 hours of workmanship? This includes cutting of the leather, sewing, stitching and embossing of the name and message, making each pair truly unique.

DSCF2019

This gift box set comes with a variety of motfis that you can choose from for your child to match his/her various outfits. It also upps the fun factor as well!

DSCF2046

All the designs are done by hand and the leathers are cut out piece by piece by experienced craftsmen. What you see here is just a very small fraction of what is actually available. There are designs that are gender neutral and gender specific.

DSCF2048

The ingenious idea of incorporating velcro enables the easy interchanging of different motif designs. Who wouldn’t love a pair of shoes like these? Your little one gets to choose his/her own motifs whenever wherever!

10338733_302918039873323_3728376265217847866_n-tile

Apart from the special gift box set, these are some of the many shoes from be*U’s kids collection. As you can see, the possibilities are endless! All the designs are so cute!

DSCF2025

Chanelle is really lucky to be able to own her very first pair of walking shoes from be*U even though she hasn’t even started to crawl. Haha! A very lovely red and pink Narcissus design from the kids keyboard collection.

DSCF2029

Examining her kicks with much interest!

DSCF2038

Much thought went into designing the perfect pair of be*U shoes. The signature patented keyboard outsole is an award winning invention. The keyboard outsole maximizes the flexibility and shock absorbancy in the heel. Stitched by hand instead of glue, the outsole is certainly built to last for a very long time!

DSCF2063

Children learning to walk tend to swing thus the heel counter helps correct walking postures as it contains a stiffener to provide solid support to the heel and hold the feet more firmly. Body weight is also supported by the heel thus reducing the extra tension created, resulting in an excellent environment for children’s foot development.

DSCF2060

be*U shoes are equipped with adequate cushioning of the insole and a built-in arch for ultimate comfort and support for the feet. The shoes also open up widely and allows kids to put them on easily, without the help of an adult.

DSCF2040

be*U shoes use the classic stitch because it will not unravel. The hand-sewn lined thread is coated with wax to make it smooth, waterproof and to prevent rotting.

DSCF2057

If you notice from the photo, be*U rounded shoes are extra wide, and thus mimics barefoot walking closely. The rounded edges provide more room for the little toes and allow feet to move, grip and feel the floor. This way, little feet can grow properly and develop strength and musculature through the grasping action of the toes.

DSCF2042

The new ankle-high cut provides more support and hence more protection, which lowers the risk of ankle sprains.

DSCF2052

It may be hard to believe but children’s feet perspire heavily! be*U only uses 100% genuine leather as it is a breathable material. It is not only more durable but also helps to keep the child’s foot cooler and dryer which prevents blisters, discomfort and odour.

DSCF2050

Mummy missuschewy is also very lucky to receive a pair of Ballerina shoes to match Baby Chanelle’s! The adult ballerina comes in five different widths and mums are welcome to customize their pairs as well. The other be*U signature in the ballerina range are the 12-hour shoes, which are designed for long periods of standing. With a wider width, shock absorption, energy-return insole and high durability outsole, the 12-hour ballerinas provide the ultimate comfort that cannot be found elsewhere. I can’t wait for Chanelle to start walking so that we can wear our matching shoes and conquer the world together! πŸ˜‰

We are happy to offer a discount code to parents who are keen!

1) ‘Like’ be*U’s Facebook page and/or Follow be*U’s Instagram account to view more designs.

Lucky Baby Princess Playpen

Sponsored Review

_MG_2885

Ever since our traditional wedding last March, I have been officially staying with my in laws but we still return to my parents’ place to stay over for the weekend. The husband and I are so used to sleeping together on a super single sized bed in my bedroom for the past 3 years since our ROM. He stays with my family most of the time back then because it’s so much nearer our workplaces.

_MG_2887

Now that we have Little misschewy, the three of us squashed in a tiny bed doesn’t seem like a good idea at all. Thanks to Lucky Baby, Chanelle has her own comfortable space to sleep in! Do you know that Lucky Baby is a long standing Singapore brand that has been producing quality baby products for almost 50 years?

_MG_2865

There are a few designs for Lucky Baby’s range of playpens and I naturally wanted this princess design for Chanelle. So lovely!

_MG_2868

I really love this playpen for its cute princess design and bright pink and purple colors! Just looking at this makes me happy πŸ™‚ Also, the playpen is huge and spacious, measuring 110cm in length, 78cm in width and 77cm in height. It also has a unique central locking system for added stability and safety.

_MG_2858

The playpen comes with a bassinet which is wide and detachable. Parents like us will appreciate that there is a safety strap so that you don’t have to worry about your baby rolling right off when you are not looking even for just a split second.

_MG_2860

There is a side toy bag which I use to keep some diapers. Really convenient when I change Chanelle’s diapers in the middle of the night because all I need to do is reach into the bag and grab a clean diaper.

_MG_2870

Music, vibration and daylight functions. I use the music function mostly to keep Chanelle entertained.

_MG_2871

My parents bought a playpen mobile which fits nicely. They also got Chanelle a set of matching mattress, pillow, bolster and blanket.

_MG_2896

Looks like I don’t have much of an excuse to not bring Little misschewy along for our staycations in future?! The playpen can be easily dismantled to fit into this travel bag which makes it too convenient.

_MG_2890

Here’s Little misschewy looking real cosy in her playpen πŸ™‚

_MG_2891

Big thanks to Lucky Baby and also Agnes for delivering the playpen! Stay connected with us on Facebook www.facebook.com/missuschewy and on Instagram @missuschewy and @misterchewy πŸ™‚

Selfies with Baby Chanelle

IMG_2023

So one Sunday morning, while misterchewy was away, it was just me and Chanelle cosying up to each other on our super single sized bed. She’s 3 months old now. This little bubba is extra cheerful and smiley in the mornings so I decided to take some selfies with her and was extremely happy with the results! πŸ˜€

IMG_2022

Now that I have gone back to work, I really miss lazing in bed with our little one, planting kisses on her face and smelling her belly. I miss doing these on a daily basis. Weekends are extra precious now!

IMG_2026

And there will be times when Chanelle actually wakes up in the middle of the night like around 4am and starts cooing nonstop. When we see that she’s entertaining herself and smiling a lot, we go back to bed. Hehe. I really love our baby. Kidsme Food Feeder and Baby Products

Media Invite

DSCF1987

Really happy to be invited to my first ever mummy blogger event which was held at Roosevelt’s Diner and Bar earlier this month! Great opportunity for me to meet fellow mummies who are so much more experienced than I am! Bumped into Mummy Serene, whom I first met a few years ago when I was doing an independent study module on motherese back in my uni days. The event turned out to be splendid because I got to learn about really cool baby food feeding products which Little misschewy will be exposed to in time to come πŸ™‚

DSCF1975

We didn’t bring Chanelle along because at barely 2 months old then, she was too young for her first hand experience of the products. I think all the other mummy bloggers were at the event with their kids and the young ones looked super adorable! *Pinch cheeks* πŸ˜›

DSCF1956

Here’s Qiqi, the founder of Totsworld Pte Ltd, demonstrating how to use the various Kidsme products. She first launched Kidsme Singapore in Singapore Expo this April.

_MG_1845

_MG_1861

This is the award-winning Kidsme Food Feeder ($18.90), developed to let little ones safely and independently explore new tastes and textures at an early age without the risk of choking. Its innovative yet simple design gives babies a head start towards a lifetime of healthy eating. It also helps in developing babies’ fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.

_MG_1866-horz

You can feed your little one pureed or solid food to encourage chewing. Do you know that the act of chewing not only aids in better digestion and nutrients absorption, but is also crucial for speech development?

DSCF1966

The Silicone Sacs (2 for $10.90) are medical-grade and can be sterilized. You are strongly encouraged to replace them once every few months and these silicone sacs come in different sizes.

pic-food-feeder05

Obviously, so much thought has been given to come up with Kidsme Food Feeder with all the amazing features listed above. If you notice, Kidsme Food Feeder looks like a pacifier except that it has small little handles which encourage self-feeding with its ergonomic design that makes it easy for little hands to hold on to. The textured sac cleverly doubles up as a teether too.

DSCF1946

Hehe.. Mummy Jolin’s small J exploring Kidsme Food Feeder with much interest.

DSCF1951

Mummy Maggie’s daughter, Kayliss, looks like a huge fan of Kidsme Food Feeder already! As you can see, it is a useful tool in introducing new types of food to your child πŸ™‚ I’m gonna start thinking about the very first solid food that I would like Chanelle to try!

_MG_1850-horz

Kidsme Multi-Function Food Scissors ($16.90) is another wonderful product. As its name suggests, this food scissors has different functions – it can cut, mash and scoop! Whether at home or on the go, Kidsme Multi-Function Food Scissors makes mealtime safe, fun and also convenient. Its biaxial system and stainless steel cutlery-grade blades allow you to safely, easily and efficiently cut your children’s food into small pieces. Even meat or fruit can be mashed into safe bite-sized pieces which helps reduce the risk of choking. With Kidsme Multi-Function Food Scissors, you can even turn food into cool shapes!

DSCF1960

_MG_1851

I had actually bought a strawberry-shaped teether for Chanelle at the Taka Baby Fair earlier this year because I love strawberries. But now, I think I’m gonna keep that aside and let her use this Kidsme Icy Moo Moo Soother ($14.90) once she begins to show signs of teething! Don’t you think it looks cute?

_MG_1853-horz

One thing I like about Kidsme Icy Moo Moo Soother is that the travel-friendly cap can also be used as an ice pop mold. Simply fill the mold with fruit juice or even your breast milk, dip the soother in and pop the whole thing into the freezer. Viola! You have a nice icy treat for your little one in no time πŸ™‚

_MG_1856

The textured, silicone teats also provide much comfort to sore gums.

_MG_1872

I have seen quite a number of milk bottles on the market but this Kidsme PPSU Diamond Wide Neck Milk Bottle ($42.90) is really one of a kind. It combines elegance, modern design, and premium PPSU material to create the most exquisite bottle for your baby. It takes inspiration from the Sancy Diamond, a magnificent pale yellow, shield-shaped 55 carat diamond. PPSU is one of the safest bottle materials available today, and offers superb clarity and durability. The flexible, removable handles provide ease and comfort to your baby while feeding.

_MG_1876

Because of its durability, it can withstand falls from various heights without breaking. This milk bottle certainly looks classy! I’m sure it’s gonna grab a lot of attention when Chanelle uses it πŸ™‚

DSCF1983

Here are some of the food items from the kids menu that we tried at Roosevelt’s after the event. Roosevelt’s prides itself as a kids friendly diner so I foresee myself going back for a meal with misterchewy and Chanelle some day! Besides a kids menu, Roosevelt’s provides baby high chairs and kids cutlery. Rest assured that only healthy, non processed food is used for dishes under the kids menu.

DSCF1980

DSCF1979

The hubs and I totally love the Buttermilk Waffles with Mixed Berries! Definitely one of the better tasting waffles that we have had so far!
